Good title - short and to the point. Nice design, looks good both at a distance and close up. Looks like you may have some visual design skills/training. Succinct explanation, with unusual words defined in the text, also good. The layout was in a natural reading order. The Model Design section was a bit hard to get through, just too much closely-packed detail. Shift some to the handout, maybe?
In Background and Results, some points are whole sentences and some are fragments. Consider converting to one or the other format for consistancy and reading flow (I would choose sentences). The second Implication is a result or model validation, not really an implication.
Overall, very good.
