Your poster is easy to read. Good choice of font size and background color. I would recommend centering the Titles for each Subsection. I would also suggest that you center the caption to the first picture on the bottom left.

Sharon, I think you have a good start to your poster. The three columns are distinct and everything is easy to read. The layout has a nice diagonal symmetry and the diagrams can really help people understand what you are doing. It also is an interesting study.
My critiques/suggestions:
-Shrink the height of the pig picture so its the same height as the title.
-The objectives section is more the introduction. I would have a separate introduction section and then clearly state the objective(s)- one of which is statement 2 in your design section.
-The schematic diagram is difficult to read at this size. There is some white space, so you could increase the boxes and font size.
-A little more information is needed regarding the model experiments. Perhaps a table of the factorial design would clear things up along with the easier to read schematic design.
-The graph looks good, but it is missing the x and y-axes.
-The conclusions are solid. It would be nice if you could include one take-home statement for us non-vet med people.
Good luck!
