I'll be the first to say that I don't understand the finer points of this case and I'm not fluent in legalese, but it appears that Blackboard is suing the U.S. Patent Office. What happened to just serving a product that can beat out competitors? Really hard to empathize with Blackboard here. It just appears to be that Blackboard is extremely aggressive and competitive. But is that good or bad for its customers? One might wonder, where does their "aggressiveness" end?
