Copyright Resources for Course Development
One of NCSU's copyright experts, Peggy Hoon, has recently collaborated on an excellent copyright resource called Know Your Copy Rights -- sponsored by the Association of Research Libraries (ARL). The resource was developed for librarians, but it's applicable to a much broader audience.Check out the Resources for Teaching Faculty FAQ which tackles commons questions from faculty, instructional designers, and instructional technologists about both face-to-face and DE courses over the years. There's also a PDF of the FAQ. Posted by klducket ( Mar 13 2007, 01:10:45 PM EDT ) Permalink Comments [1]

This is a great resource, espcially after you drill down to whether or not you are using material in class or online.

We do occasionally get questions about this and having this faq will really help those out who are trying to put up a clip of a movie or whatever and don't want to have to undergo some legal procedure for every clip. Thanks Kim!
