Due Date for WebAssignment 1.3 (Part A).

Because Monday is a holiday, I've reset the due date for the WebAssignment that was due that evening so that the assignment is due the next day instead (Tuesday). This is consistent with the general policy  that assignments are due on dates when NCSU classes meet.
