Wednesday September 12, 2007 Hello again. Just wanted to send another link that has a list of civil liberties issues. In particular, they discuss the issue of banning smoking in private bars and restaurants or banning cigarettes in general. Recently, a district court ruled against parts of the Patriot Act. The Patriot Act is relevant to right to privacy and limited government.
