Emergency Hay Is Available
The North Carolina Department of Agriculture is purchasing hay from out of State and shipping it to State Research Stations for resale. This program is designed to help folks who are out of hay. They are offering people help until they can locate a more permanent source of hay. This is not a cheap source of hay, but it will get folks out of a bind for a few days.
