Shiitake Spawn Orders
Winter is approaching and that means "spawn time" for shiitake mushroom growers. The Edible and Medicinal mushroom project at NC A&T State University is taking orders for shiitake spawn. This program is funded through the Golden Leaf Foundation. Its purpose it the expand the budding mushroom industry in NC by supporting growers and helping new growers get started.
