Worm Pack: Meeting Minutes 11/06

We will be working on the presentation this week using google docs.

Extra credit is due December 4.

Sarah will submit the presentation when it is finished.

Mrs. Trunzo needs to be given the link to our blog.

We have agreed to not meet Friday 13th, however, Sarah will be logged in at http://tinychat.com/eng331, just in case.

Worms will save the day.

My part

With vermicomposting you are not only composting but are speeding up the process and making use of other available resources.  This is something that can easily be done. The container that holds the worms and compost material is very easy to make and maintain.  Once the organic waste has finished decomposing the soil that results is very nutrient rich and can be used to grow more food. It is a very efficient way of recycling.

Meeting moved to tomorrow 10/16/09 @ 7pm
