Have You Checked The Box?

Great News! Employees can now access their W-2 on line via the MyPack Portal. This includes all faculty, staff, student and temporary workers. Payroll is asking all employees to sign up for this convenience to reduce paper and save on printing. The IRS requires all employees to receive a W2 copy unless they opt out. The navigation is:

Employee Self Service
Payroll and Compensation
Click on W-2/W-2c Consent
Check the box and submit
