Revisions and Publishing Your Google Docs and Spreadsheets

WOW!!!

Now, you can "Publish" your Google Docs and Spreadsheets - it gives you a URL for your document or spreadsheet and puts it there in HTML format - WAY COOL!

Also, they've added "Revisions" where you can see all the different 'versions' of this document you've saved.

I may just stop using any word processor or spreadsheet on my computer at all - ever.

John, I'm with you. I haven't used my desktop-based word processor since last February. The only time I've used Excel is if someone sends me something for review/editing, but oh how I would prefer that they use Google Docs and Spreadsheets.

I was in a meeting this past week where we spent an our looking through the folders on our computers for the same version of a spreadsheet from earlier this year. How easy it would have been if it had just been posted where we could all work on it.

Add Google Reader and Gmail to the mix and Google is slowly but surely taking over my life.
